NRA Certified Firearms Instructors
Meet Founder & Lead Instructor, Tye Maner
After finding himself at the range 3 – 4 times per week, shooting 200 – 300 rounds per visit for years, Tye was inspired to share his love of shooting and knowledge with others. He was constantly hearing stories about firearm training classes that were subpar in the learning experience and instructors that only saw classes as a revenue stream. Tye decided to close the gap, and in 2020, he took NRA classes to become a certified instructor. His goal is to help others become proficient and get the most out of this sport, and if necessary, defend themselves, their families, and other innocent people.

Lecia started shooting firearms 7 years ago after being inspired by her husband's love for the sport. Over the years, she increased her knowledge of firearms and firearms safety and improved her shooting proficiency. Lecia came to understand that firearms are very safe if you follow the rules of gun safety and wishes for more women to understand this too. Being a victim of violent crime herself, Lecia's goal is to teach hundreds of thousands of women the safe and proper way of handling a firearm to be able to protect themselves when needed and survive.
Assistant Instructor, Lecia Maner
Assistant Instructor, Leroy Frink
Leroy became familiar with pistols and automatic rifles during his 30-year Air Force career. However, it was in 2014 when he met Tye that his passion for firearms really took off. Shortly afterwards, he purchased his first personal firearm, a 45 ACP Sig Sauer 1911, and has continually added to his collection. As an instructor, Leroy's goal is to help students understand how safe firearms are if they adhere to the basic safety rules. It’s his belief that gun safety can improve in our communities if individuals understand the basic functions of firearms, display competent firearms knowledge and skills, and always apply the basic safety rules.
