Cancellation Policy

POI Firearms Academy Cancellation Policy: • 48 Hours Notice: You may reschedule to a different class date at no additional cost (one-time only). • 24 Hours Notice or Less: No refunds will be issued. • Private Classes, Training Groups, and One-on-One Sessions: • Fishhawk charges a $15 range fee to the student • Full payment is required at the time of booking. Weather-Related Cancellations: • If the student cancels due to weather, a one-time reschedule is allowed. • If Point of Impact Firearms Academy cancels (including for weather), you have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
